"Reaper"

  • Sock: What are you talking about—clowns? This is a bachelor party, Ben!
  • Benji: Well—keyword there is 'party', so when I think of 'party' I think 'clowns'.
  • Sock: Well, I disagree. Keyword there is 'bachelor', alright, so go ahead and call the stripper college.
  • Ben: Sock, trust me. Clowns!
  • Sock: Ben. Trust *me*. Strippers.
  • [pause for revelation]
  • Both: I got it. STRIPPER CLOWNS! Ah!
  • [commence freaking out and much high-fiving]
  • Sock: I can't believe we just had a genius idea. At the same time!
  • Ben: It's like the Reece's Cup of party entertainment.
  • Sock: I've got your peanut butter in my chocolate, buddy.
  • ...
  • Tiff: Okay, I know it's stupid on 'paper' but I've never seen a show that so readily fits the sense of humor, high-context-riffing of people my age. It's hard not to laugh along. Eff you, demographics. I don't *want* to like a show this ridiculous, but I do. On the flip side, at least I don't have an irrational cultural attachment to CSI:NYC:SVU or whatever the latest crime drama is. That would be creepy.
