Updated Modern ’50s Capitol Hill Home (urbnlivn)
My route to my old boxing gym used to take me by this house nearly every day (as well as its neighbor and a few other unique homes on 10th). I’ve watched it sell a few times since 2002, first in the high $700Ks, then in the mid-$900Ks. Now it is $1.1M. I’m pretty conservative about real estate speculation after a decade watching Park City, UT sprawl up the mountains at mult-million dollar vacation home speed. But places like this keep me watching. Maybe the next buyers would let me sublet?
