Nickels unveils 'Liveable South Downtown' plan
The mayors plan calls for 6,000 more apartments and condos and 16,000 more workers over the next 20 years, along with offices, restaurants and shops to create an atmosphere humming with commerce, residents and nightlife around Seattle’s stadiums.
Ooutgoing are spotty parking lots, building eyesores and most controversial: some of Safeco’s views of Puget Sound and the Space Needle.
But what about the bums? Don’t tell me the only interesting people in p.square will be ‘Ootgoing’ too.
