Henry Blodget’s Incredibly Bad AAPL Timing: I’ve often wondered why any market or tech analyst would try to explain why Apple is going to fail, either with a product or with its stock. For reasons that I don’t have to explain because I don’t claim to be a stock analyst, I would never bet against Apple. Or, if I did, I would do so quietly. There are just all those Apple fan boys out there (here) chomping at the bit to recall how wrong you will be. Example One (today, at least): Here’s a chart and explanation demonstrating the straight-up trajectory of AAPL since the precise nanosecond Henry Blodget explained why the stock had cratered and likely would remain “weighed down.” He listed his reasons for such a prediction, none of which have changed. Nothing personal, but that was an awesomely bad call.
