HR 4458 A/B (via HR 4458 - Wikipedia and http://www.fourmilab.ch/cgi-bin/Yourtel) By chance I get to be outside (with binocs) as a star in Hydra comes up on the horizon and into my personal light cone. Geeky fun to figure out the intersection of time, season, horizon and star position. I haven’t thought about stars this much since I managed to get a final paper and exam to move me from a C- to an A- in college astrophysics 111. That was a lot of studying.
